Chuck is founder of the company. He is consultant to various sources on expert vocational issues. He is expert in evaluating the work and income potential of handicapped and non handicapped individuals. He is certified as a CRC, CVE, CDMS, and CCM.

Carole Smolkin, Vice President
Carole joined Smolkin Vocational Services Inc., in 1985 as a Vocational Counselor. She serves on the Board of the Maryland Kids Chance. She was awarded the Maryland Rehabilitation Association Mary E. Switzer Award in 1992 and the Mid Atlantic Region- National Rehabilitation Association Mary E. Switzer Award.
A native of Sharon, Pennsylvania, Carole received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Youngstown State University in 1968. Carole is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and Certified Case Manager (CCM).
